What we did
Between tenants, a two-bedroom apartment got every hole, dent and crack repaired, the trim caulked and the walls repainted so the landlord could list it the same week.
Anchors, doorknob holes and a water-damaged section in the bathroom wall were repaired. We replaced the damaged drywall, taped and mudded the seams and matched the texture.
Then all the walls were primed where repaired and painted in the landlord's standard white.
