What we did
Mildew-stained siding was soft washed and rinsed at low pressure, getting the house ready for a fresh coat of paint later in the season.
Green mildew had taken over the shady side of the house. We applied a soft-wash solution, let it work and rinsed at low pressure so nothing was forced behind the siding.
The plants were rinsed before and after, and the whole job was done in one morning.
