What we did
A classic New England colonial was scraped, primed and repainted in sage green with bright white trim, bringing back its original character.
Old clapboard siding had peeling paint on the south and west sides. We scraped, sanded and spot-primed every bare board and replaced the failed caulk around the windows.
Two coats of sage green went on the siding and two coats of white on the trim, porch and window casings.
